14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In original packaging
• Complete with all accessories and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and transport regulations, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Batteries that have been installed or used
• Batteries with opened or damaged packaging
• Lithium batteries once unsealed
• Special-order or custom products
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
• Faulty
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrectly supplied
We will offer:
• A replacement or
• A full refund (including return postage)
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
1. Email support@thebattery.shop with your order number
2. We will provide return instructions
3. Securely package the item and return it
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
• Change of mind returns: customer pays return postage
• Faulty or incorrect items: we cover all return costs
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
